Aleix Pérez Balaguer is a Barcelona-based operations leader with close to 10 years of experience scaling businesses across Europe. He has held senior operations roles at a fast-growing mobility startup, leading multi-city expansion, growing operations significantly, and owning full P&L responsibility across multiple markets.
His background combines Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and a Master's in Fintech & Financial Innovation — a rare mix of operational precision, financial fluency, and technology vision. He also completed a European Leadership program focused on strategic governance and global business challenges.
